Return of Orders Under the Right of Withdrawal from Distance Contracts
If you are not satisfied with the products you received or have chosen something else, you can return them—it's not a problem for us. You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase contract, starting from the day you receive your order. To withdraw, please send a message to bok@pvf.com.pl. In your email, provide us with the order details you wish to cancel and your contact information, such as your phone number or email address, or send the order confirmation in your return message—this will help us identify your order. You do not need to provide a reason for the return. You can also report the return by phone at 796 477 417.

We will refund the price of the returned items, and in the case of a full order return, we will refund the price of the goods along with the delivery costs—up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping option available in the offer (this applies only to consumers). Returned items must be unused or free from defects. Products do not need to be in their original packaging, but their condition must allow for resale.
Return of Incorrect or Exchangeable Products
In your message sent to bok@pvf.com.pl, please specify the reason for the return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange of the product. SAWEK Sp. z o.o. can exchange the product for a same, defect-free item or offer a refund or exchange for another product. Returned items should be delivered to the address indicated below: SAWEK Sp. z o.o. Metalowca 26 39-460 Nowa Dęba or to Parcel Locker NOD03M, Bieszczadzka b/n, 39-460 Nowa Dęba.
Returned items must be unused or free from defects. Products do not need to be in their original packaging, but their condition must allow for resale. We will refund the full price of the returned goods. We will also reimburse delivery costs if the error was due to our oversight.
Complaint
If the purchased goods are not in accordance with the contract, you can submit a complaint specifying your request regarding bringing the goods into conformity with the contract—either through repair or replacement—or a refund of the entire or part of the paid amount—by price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
In case of receiving a defective product:
The customer has the right to choose one of the following options:
Within 30 days of receiving the defective product, you can obtain:
a replacement product
a full refund.
If more than 30 days have passed since receiving the product, the customer is entitled to exchange the defective product (but not to a refund).
If the exchange is not possible, is unsuccessful, or cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, the customer may:
keep the defective product and demand a price reduction (the amount of the reduction will be determined by PureVent Filters based on the justified circumstances of the case); or
return the defective product and demand a refund (please note that in the case of returning the product more than 6 months after receiving it, the refund may be reduced).
In the event of receiving a defective product, it should be returned to PureVent Filters, including as much of the following information as possible:
Order Number
Product Code/Product Name
Details of the defect
Information about the choice of refund or exchange of the product.
The return address will be provided in the email. We will inspect the returned products and inform the customer via email about the refund or exchange of the product within a reasonable time.
In the case of defective products, we will refund the full amount along with the justified shipping costs.
