Free shipping for orders over 1,000 zł*.  To qualify for free shipping, purchases must be made from our store and the total value must exceed 1,000.00 zł gross*. This promotion applies only to domestic shipments.

Goods (packages up to 30 kg) are delivered by a courier company on business days until 6:00 PM. Pallet shipments and larger deliveries are handled by a transport company on business days until 4:00 PM. Shipment confirmation will be sent via email. The email will include the tracking number, which allows you to track the shipment after it has been sent. To do this, simply enter the tracking number provided by us on the courier's website to check the status of your order. To ensure high quality service, we offer package monitoring from the moment the goods leave the warehouse until the delivery information is provided the next day.

Return period: 14 days. To streamline the process, please notify us by email before sending the returned product.

Personal pickup is available at Metalowca 26, 39-460 Nowa Dęba next to MARMA FOLIE . There is also an option to collect the order with a courier of your choice. Once the order is ready, you will receive information about the readiness of the order for pickup. Order pickups are possible from Mon. to Fri. (business days) between 8 AM and 4 PM.
