PARTIES TO THE TRANSACTION

The party making purchases in the Online Store pvf.com.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, is an adult individual or a legal entity.

The party selling the products listed in the pvf.com.pl Online Store offer is the owner of the Store, SAWEK Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Komorów 164, 36-110 Majdan Królewski, identified by the NIP number 8141685151 and Regon 360665077.

OBJECTS OF THE TRANSACTION

The objects of transactions conducted through the Internet are the products listed in the offer on the website of the pvf.com.pl Online Store at the time of placing the order.

The prices of all products listed in the store’s offer are quoted in Polish zlotys and are gross prices, inclusive of VAT.

The VAT on products offered in our store is 23%.

All products in the store’s offer are brand new and covered by the manufacturer’s full warranty.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed on weekdays after 4:00 PM, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed starting from 8:00 AM on the next business day.

Each order is confirmed by email.

If confirmation cannot be obtained within 5 business days, the order will be canceled.

The product price does not include delivery costs.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Due to the nature of the products offered, which are produced or made to meet individual customer needs, the right to cancel an order is available only until the order enters the fulfillment stage.

The customer has the right to change data on the invoice until the sales invoice is issued.

To do so, please email kontakt@pureventfilters.eu and provide the data to be changed. After confirmation, the client may proceed with the change.

ORDER PROCESSING

Every order placed in the Pureventfilters.eu Online Store must be confirmed by the Buyer.

Within 4 business days of placing the order, a store representative will contact you by email to confirm the order and agree on further details of the transaction.

If it is not possible to confirm the order due to the Buyer’s fault (e.g., incorrect phone number), the order will be canceled within 5 business days, and any personal data included will be removed from the store’s database.

By placing an order, the Buyer authorizes the pvf.com.pl Online Store to issue an invoice without the Buyer’s signature.

Upon confirmation of order acceptance, a sales contract is concluded between the Buyer and pvf.com.pl Online Store.

PAYMENT METHODS

There are several payment options for ordered products:

• Cash on delivery, also known as “COD”.
• Bank transfer before product delivery. The goods will be shipped with a VAT invoice upon receipt of payment.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Product deliveries ordered from the pvf.com.pl Online Store are made within the territory of all EU countries. For deliveries outside the EU, the company reserves the right to individually review the order.

The standard order processing time does not exceed 14 business days. Each order is individually treated in terms of the nature and quantity of ordered goods, so the processing time is set individually and agreed with the Customer.

The cost of delivery within the Republic of Poland is set by the price list of the courier company delivering the goods.

The cost of delivery outside the Republic of Poland depends on the order value. For orders below PLN 2000, the delivery cost is borne by the Customer and is determined by the courier company’s price list.

Standardly, shipments are made via the DPD courier company. If you wish to receive goods through another courier company, please contact the store administration in advance to arrange delivery terms.

For orders exceeding PLN 1000 within Poland, delivery costs are covered by the seller, i.e., pvf.com.pl.

*Free delivery does not apply to orders for pocket filters and filter fleece.

Receipt of the shipment from the courier company must be confirmed with a written receipt. Upon signing, ownership of the goods and all risks associated with possession and use, including loss or damage, pass to the Buyer.

By placing an order, you agree to the storage and processing of personal data contained in the order in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act.

When receiving the goods, the Buyer is required to check whether the package has been damaged during transport. A condition for considering a potential complaint is drawing up a “Damage Report” in the presence of the carrier.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receipt of the shipment by submitting a statement of withdrawal. The withdrawal can be submitted by mail or email to kontakt@pureventfilters.eu. The Customer is liable for reducing the value of the purchased goods if they use them beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply when:

• The item is non-prefabricated, manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or tailored to their personal needs;
• The item is supplied in sealed packaging, which, upon opening, cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
• The item, by its nature, becomes inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

The Customer is responsible for returning the item, including the invoice, and providing information on the refund method (e.g., bank transfer or postal order).

The Customer bears the cost of returning the item. We do not accept “COD” shipments. Please return the item to: SAWEK Sp. z o.o. Warehouse, Metalowca 26, 39-460 Nowa Dęba.

The cost of returning goods is borne by the consumer unless the entrepreneur agrees to bear it or has not informed the consumer about it.

COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES

All goods purchased in the pvf.com.pl Online Store are brand new and covered by the manufacturer’s full warranty.

Warranty does not cover accidental or intentional mechanical damage, as well as damage caused by careless and improper use.

Upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to check the shipment. Please inspect the package before accepting it from the courier or post office. If the package shows signs of damage or if the seals (tapes) are broken, do not accept it and make a report in the courier’s presence. Then contact the seller as soon as possible.

Checking the package upon receipt is a necessary condition for considering claims for damage or theft during transport. The basis for a complaint is proof of damage made in the presence of the delivery person.

DATA PROTECTION

Placing an order is equivalent to agreeing to the storage and processing of data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883). This Act guarantees the right to access, correct, and delete data.

Personal data provided during purchases is collected solely for the pvf.com.pl Online Store’s activities. Our company does not use this data for any other purposes, nor does it share or sell it to third parties.

Customers have the right to access their data, correct it, and request that it not be used further.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The content of the pvf.com.pl Online Store does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, Art. 543 (serving only as an informational purpose), and thus placing an order by the customer does not constitute immediate conclusion of a contract. By placing an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the ordered items, according to the information on the store’s website at the time of ordering. pvf.com.pl reserves the right to errors.

In matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Act, and the Data Protection Act apply.

All listed products and names are used solely for identification purposes and may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Placing an order requires acceptance of the above Terms.
